Connected Oceans is an arts-led cultural diplomacy project connecting Antarctic climate science with the lived reality of Pacific island communities on the frontline of climate change.

Working with Pacific artists as co-creators, Connected Oceans documents songs, stories and cultural knowledge at risk from climate displacement, weaving them into shared audio-visual works and public installations.

The result will be a bridge between data and lived truth, strengthening Australia–Pacific people-to-people connections and deepening regional understanding of climate change through culture and shared storytelling.
