Golden sunsets, powerful stories and unforgettable people, the Pasifika Film Fest’s time in Tuvalu was truly magical.

During the Fakaapo Arts Festival, the Australian-based Pasifika Film Fest delivered a program of activities that engaged the Tuvalu community with Pacific screen stories; created opportunities for aspiring Tuvalu screen artists; and supported climate storytelling in Tuvalu.

The festival was part of Australia now: Pacific edition celebrating the deep cultural connections between Australia and Pacific partners, and supported through the Australian Cultural Diplomacy Grants Program.
